Ladies and Gentlemen,
not only were we blessed with a ray of hope in the past years, but rays
of hope that continue to shine over us even as I speak before you at
this very moment.
These rays of hope do
not only inspire us; from their brightness sprung the very proof that
we, together with you, have risen above the challenges we were
confronted with as we began to work our way through every bend of that
tunnel in 2004. In more poetic words, I say, we have persistently rowed
down the streams of public service in the past three years and eight
months with relative success.
“At the end of the
tunnel, they say, is a ray of hope. As we, the present leaders of this
beautiful province of Zamboanga del Norte started to pass through the
tunnel of governance in 1004, we were striving against the uncertainties
and difficul-ties along the way. But because we are commiteed to the
demands of our calling, we secured for ourselves a safe passage to
fulfill what is expected of us as leaders of this province.”

the province and region, the private sector, and the media, and my
family.”
“This year 2008

they were already at the helm of governance in their respective
municipalities when the progress of implementing the said project was

Administration
Zamboanga del Norte

Development

Peace and Order
