Father Tony was born in Tuguegarao City, Ilocos Norte, October 7,  1973. He is the son of Romeo and Cristina Pizarro,  The youngest of 5 brothers and 3 sisters. He finished his elementary and high school in Tuguegarao and a seminarian at Saint Louis University seminary, in Baguio City. Father Tony was ordain a catholic priest on November 10, 2003.  He finish his Masters degree in Theology in Chicago last year, and on study leave from the Diocese of Tuguegarao to take up Religious Formator in Chicago.  When he finish he'll be back in Tuguegarao to teach in local seminary.  Father Tony has been to Dipolog and Dapitan Cities and attended the Kinabayo Festival.  He thanks the Dipolog Diocese for the warm welcome afforded to him during his visit.
