IN MEMORY OF RENATO REALIZA FORTUGALEZA

A memorial mass was held at Reynold and Cecile Fortugaleza residence in Skokie, Ilinois  February 10, 2008 in honor of  the late Renato Fortugaleza who died February 6, 2008 in Dipolog City, Philippines, he was 66 years old.  Nato as he was fondly called is survived by his wife Nimfa Padao Fortugaleza  and his only son Reynold and daughter in law Cecile and three grandchildren Reyan, Reyna and Katrina.

The mass was concelebrated by Father Manny Duterte and Tony Pizzaro
