Care provides nursing and residential care in Chicagoland held their
annual Christmas party at the Empire room of The Palmer House Hilton
located in downtown Chicago, attended by over 150 employees and
guests .A catholic mass was held concelebrated by Fathers Manny Duterte
and Tony Pizzaro. After the mass dinner was served, the menu
composed of: |
SOUP- Cream of Asparagus with
Cream Fraiche,
TABLESIDE ENTRE CHOICE.- Alaskan Halibut with Tarragon Infused Panko
Breadcrumbs On a bed of Swiss Chard-Chef Choice of Sauce or Pan Seared
Free Range Chicken Breast, Chef's Choice of Sauce, Served with Asparagus
Risotto & Chef's Choice of Seasonal Vegetable.
DESERT- White Chocolate Pyramid, Dark ChocolateCenter, Ganache Topping,
Caramel Sauce Candied Raisins |

After
the dinner, camaraderie with the employees and guest, picture takings,
open bar and dancing till midnight with music provided by Rey's own band
headed by Dodong Calimotan our DJ Lindong Calimotan.
